Services

Ethics Auto is a consulting service business with intricate knowledge of the automotive sales industry and has strong relationships with numerous auto dealerships and other related automotive entities. Ethics Auto offers the following services for you to select from:

1 hour of one to one consulting executed virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams

30 minutes of one to one consulting executed virtually via Zoom or Microsoft Teams

Payments

The price for services corresponds to the service you select, and you acknowledge that your obligation for payment isn’t conditioned on your satisfaction with Ethics Auto’s services. All payments are non-refundable for any reason.

Credit Authorization

You acknowledge that a third-party service provider will be used for payment process and related functions. As such, Ethics Auto doesn’t store, process or retain any of your cardholder information or data.

Customer's Responsibility

You are responsible for full payment of Ethics Auto’s fees and scheduling an appointment before any services will be provided to you.

Profanity, including, but not limited to racial, ethnic, or sexual slurs or comments, irrespective about whom those are directed, and which may or may not be considered harassment, is prohibited. Use of profanity by you as described in these terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of services by Ethics Auto, and in such event, your payment will not be refunded to you.

No Guarantees

Ethics Auto doesn’t guarantee a particular result or outcome, from your utilization of Ethics Auto’s services. You understand and acknowledge that Ethics Auto hasn’t made you any promises as to what result can or will be achieved by use of Ethics Auto’s services. Ethics Auto’s communications about its services are expressions of opinion only.

Limitations on Liability

Ethics Auto doesn’t assume any legal, financial or other liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any forms or documents prepared by a third-party which you sign. You understand and acknowledge that any information provided by Ethics Auto is not intended to constitute legal advice, and will not be considered legal advice by you. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions express the entire agreement between you and Ethics Auto regarding the consumer auto consulting services provided by Ethics Auto, and they supersede all previous communications, whether electronic, oral or written.

Governing Law

Indiana law must be used to resolve disputes over the validity, construction and effect of these terms and conditions.

Indiana Jurisdiction

In any dispute related to these terms and conditions, the courts of Indiana have personal jurisdiction over you and St. Joseph County, Indiana is proper venue.

Conflict Resolution

If a dispute arises with respect to these terms and conditions, you agree to submit the dispute to a mutually-agreeable mediator in an effort to resolve the dispute without the necessity of litigation. Neither party is permitted to file a legal action without first meeting in mediation and making a good faith attempt to reach a resolution.

If mediation is unsuccessful and a lawsuit is filed arising out of these terms and conditions, you knowingly waive any right that you have to demand a jury trial.

Attorney's Fees

The prevailing party in any mediation or action brought against the other party to enforce the terms of these terms and conditions, is entitled to receive its reasonable costs, expenses and attorney’s fees of bringing such mediation or action. The “prevailing party” shall not mean a party who receives any type of compensation by virtue of settlement, mediation or court decision, but instead (i) in the case of a party initiating the enforcement of rights or remedies, that it recovered substantially all of its claims, or (ii) in the case of the party defending against such enforcement, that it successfully defended substantially all of the claims made against it.

A printed version of these terms and conditions and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial and administrative proceedings to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in written form.
